Offered in A Lifetime of Discovery III · Sunday, November 1, 2026, To be announced
A Persian hand-knotted wool poshti rug, likely Ferahan Sarouk or Malayer, woven in a small accent format with a dark indigo field centered by an intricate floral medallion and flanked by vertical flowering trees and weeping willow forms. The field is enclosed by a madder-red primary border filled with stylized rosettes and curling vine scrolls, giving the piece a rich and densely ornamented traditional Persian character.
